I believe this is the 20's - 30's era. Our grandmother took a photo with our aunt. She was wearing her hair resembling this style as a teenager.
She could do "The Charleston." Our mother said she was a "Flapper!"
She was a fun grandma! She loved Tom Jones! I was a teenager and was surprised because I thought she was too old to like anyone like that. 🤣🤣🤣
