Thin Mints Milkshake

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

• 1 Scoop LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix

• 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

• A few drops of mint extract – I used about 8-10 drops

• Handful of ice cubes or almond milk cubes

• 1 graham cracker

 

Blend well in a blender.

I made this milkshake with frozen almond milk cubes instead of ice cubes. Nice rich flavor!

 

Notes: Since I use LadyBoss protein mix in my smoothies and milk shakes, I’m not sure how your beverage will taste to you. I would suggest adding a sweetener with your protein because LadyBoss has Stevia and fructose added.

Whey protein, non-fat dry milk, fructose, natural and artificial flavors, Stevia
