o 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
o 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix
o 1 tsp. sugar free caramel flavoring
o 2 oz. fat free cream cheese
o 4 pecans
o A handful of ice cubes
Blend well in a blender.
Variation: Add 1 extra cup almond milk and 1 cup frozen strawberries. Delicious!!
