• 2 Tablespoons caramel topping
• 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
• 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder
• 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
• 1 cup organic frozen sliced peaches
Blend until smooth & creamy!
Yummy and healthy! Makes 24 0unces
Note: If you use fresh peaches, the smoothie/shake will not be as thick.
