Blueberry Pom-Pom Smoothie

This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants!


• 1 individual orange Jell-O cup – supplies collagen

• 1 cup RW Knudsen Just Pomegranate juice (find@Walmart)

• ½ c whole milk plain Greek yogurt – (2/3 cup = 140 calories)

• ½ tsp. Raw Honey

• ½ tsp almond extract

• ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk

• 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein for women – or your protein powder

• 1 cup of frozen organic blueberries


Blend until smooth & creamy!  Yummy and healthy! Makes 1 large serving (24 0z)
