Frozen Peach & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• One individual strawberry Jell-O cup – supplies collagen

• 1 cup RW Knudson organic Mango Peach Juice – Vitamin C

• ½ c plain Greek Yogurt - protein

• 1/16 cup Stevia

• 1 tsp almond extract

• ¼ cup heavy cream – protein (this is optional) Does make the smoothie creamy

• One scoop Native Path Collagen Protein powder – or your protein powder

• Two heaping scoops organic frozen blueberries

• Two heaping scoops organic frozen sliced peaches

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Yummy and healthy! Makes one large serving (24-26 0z)

Notes: You can use fresh fruit. If you want your smoothie thick, add 1 cup crushed ice with fresh fruit. I used a coffee scoop to measure the frozen fruit.

Thin Mints Milkshake

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

• A scoop of LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix

• 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

• A few drops of mint extract – I used about 8-10 drops

• A handful of ice cubes or almond milk cubes

• 1 graham cracker

 

Blend well in a blender.

I made this milkshake with frozen almond milk cubes instead of ice cubes. Nice rich flavor!

 

Notes: Since I use LadyBoss protein mix in my smoothies and milkshakes, I’m not sure how your beverage will taste to you. I would suggest adding a sweetener with your protein because LadyBoss has Stevia and fructose added.

Main Ingredients in LadyBoss protein:

Whey protein, non-fat dry milk, fructose, natural and artificial flavors, Stevia

Fuzzy Navel Smoothie with Yogurt & Honey

If you like the Fuzzy Navel cocktail, you will love this!

Ingredients:

• 4 oz. unsweetened Almond milk

• 4 oz. reduced calorie orange juice

• 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder

• 1 cup organic frozen sliced peaches

• ¼ cup Zero fat plain Greek yogurt - Optional

• 1 teaspoon raw honey – Optional

Note: If you are using an unsweetened protein powder, sweeten to taste.

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!

• 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt

• 1 cup orange juice

• 1 scoop LadyBoss Protein powder – or your own protein powder

• 1 orange Jell-O cup

• 1 cup organic frozen mango chunks

• 6 drops almond extract

 

Blend until smooth & creamy!

Yummy and healthy! Makes 30 0unces

Note: If you use fresh mango, the smoothie/shake will not be as thick.

• 1 strawberry Jell-O cup – no sugar

• ½ cup organic frozen mango chunks

• 6 drops vanilla extract

White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

Ingredients


• 3 cups white chocolate chips

• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

• 4 tablespoons butter

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 cup chopped pecans

• 1/2 cup room temperature caramel sauce


Instructions


1. Combine the chocolate chips, the milk, and the butter in a medium size glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine and heat another 15 seconds. Stir and heat an additional 15 seconds, only if needed. There will still be a few pieces of unmelted chocolate in the bowl.


2. Stir until mostly smooth with just a few flecks of unmelted chocolate. Add the extract and pecans and stir to combine. Scoop onto a parchment lined tray. Spread with a spatula to approximately 1-inch thickness. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Lightly swirl the caramel into the fudge with a knife or the end of the spatula. Chill until ready to serve. Slice into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
