With Unsweetened Apple Juice & Almond Milk
• 2 cup unsweetened apple juice
• 8 almond milk ice cubes
• 1 scoop LadyBoss Premium Protein
• 1 ¾ cups dark sweet cherries
Blend until smooth & creamy!
Yummy and healthy! Makes a very large serving (42 0z)
o 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
o 1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN Nutritional Shake Mix
o 2 Tablespoons sugar free white chocolate pudding mix
o Handful of ice cubes
Blend well in a blender. Makes a 10 oz shake
Variation: Use coconut or dairy milk instead of almond milk.

o 2 oz. fat free cream cheese
o 4 pecans
